Swimming Pool and Gardens
Les Pruniers has a superb 14m x 5.5m heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by stunning views and beautiful landscaped gardens. The pool terrace area is equipped with plenty of sun beds and parasols and the stone terracing is heat resistant so you won’t burn your feet! There is a shaded seating area where you can relax with a good book and a cool drink. If you want some space to relax and get away from it all you will also find many quiet spots dotted around the grounds and gardens. Help yourselves to the Agen Plums and Mirabelles from our orchards.
Children’s play areas
There are swings, trampoline and a climbing frame for your children to enjoy. We also have a large covered games area with table football, ping pong table and a pool table. There is a large gas BBQ and a dining table with seating for 6. We also have a petanque court and there is plenty of space in the grounds for your children to run around and play including a badminton and football area.
BBQ’s
There are two Weber gas barbeques available at Les Pruniers. One for the exclusive use of Mirabelle, the other for shared use by Myrtille and Mûre. We also have a charcoal barbeque for use upon request.

Shops
Les Pruniers is only 5 minutes from our three nearest villages, Monclar D’Agenais, Tombebouef and Monbahus. Here you will find bakers, pharmacy, grocers and an ATM. A 10 to 15 minute drive will take you to the bastide town of Miramont where there is a large Intermarche supermarket.
